Facing Challenges
• Due to the lack of real-time tracking and monitoring of vehicles, goods, and drivers during transportation.
• There are often incidents that damage the company‘s interests, such as traffic accidents caused by
non-standard driving behavior or drivers who are not the actual driver.• Managers are unable to effectively control the attendance of personnel and their location information.
• In multi-person and multi-vehicle distribution, it is easy to have confusion in matching drivers with vehicles.Solution
The Hogons reinforced tablet HG105G combines barcode, GPS, RFID, wireless communication, and other technologies. By equipping each vehicle with an RFID tag and assigning different IDs, data collection is conducted with vehicles as nodes. Wireless communication technology is utilized for data transmission, and real-time positioning functionality is achieved on a unified software platform to effectively manage and control employees‘ location information. Additionally, employee identity verification is facilitated through scanning, fingerprint, and camera functions. By accessing personnel and vehicle status through the backend, it assists administrative personnel in efficiently allocating personnel and vehicles.
Application Performance
• The administrative personnel can utilize the HG105G tablet terminal in the system backend to issue
instructions such as tracking, monitoring, arming, locking, and speed setting to designated vehicles,
enabling remote operations on the vehicles.• By using the HG105G tablet terminal to recognize RFID tags assigned to each vehicle, all the vehicle‘s
information can be recorded, including processes of entry and exit, transportation, time, maintenance,
and inspections, thus achieving visualized management of the vehicles.• The administrative personnel can monitor the real-time location of vehicles and maintain communication
with the drivers through the tablet terminal, enabling the timely provision of emergency response plans in
the event of unforeseen accidents.
• The Haoen reinforced tablet can be equipped with optional modules for fingerprint and ID card recognition,
enabling driver identification and binding of information between vehicles and drivers, facilitating unified
dispatching of personnel and vehicles.
